Mike Frison a local resident in the ring area and a hardcore fan of the legendary track had put up a detail story on how the famous track facing a possible close down. DRIVE had recently paid a visit to one of the most famous name in F1 racing the Mclaren headquarter in Woking England. Mclaren Technology Centre and the state of the art Mclaren Production Centre truly an epic center where it change the traditional automotive production factory to a art laboratory. Mclaren racing car from the earliest day to the famous 80's where u can find Alain Prost's car and the famous Aryton Senna's car to the latest F1 racing car that Hamilton and Button using now for F1 races were on display. Just imagine what a sight it will be if you walk pass those car everyday. The success of Mclaren in F1 had bought them success as a automotive brand. The hunger for perfection had put them as one of the top exotic car marquee in the world and the latest Mclaren MP4-12C had just show that. Enjoy. KYTONG

Event : Malaysian Super Series 2011 - Round 3 Date : 2-3 July 2011 Location : Sepang International Circuit Again another super late posting from me but late better than never. I had been busy ever since i relocated to Singapore. Here was another local Malaysia event that managed to attract quite a number entries from South east region. Just a slight introduction to this series, it consist of GT class, Touring class, Classic class, Superbikes, Superstock bikes and Supersport bikes.

BTCC again never fail to entertain. It is more fun to watch now as all the car in the grid running a turbocharge engine and expect different winner in each race. Again another great weekend for MG's Jason Plato coming to Donington leading the driver championship and managed to hold on to the lead. But controversy never away from BTCC and that the beauty of it. On race 3, Mat Jackson was disqualified for running illegal boost and Jason Plato was given a 2 second penalty for pushing Gordon Shedden into gravel which in turn handing the victory of race 3 to Gordon Shedden. After 6 race in 2 round, only Gordon Shedden manage to win 2 races with 4 different winner in the other races. Below are the result and video. Do enjoy.
