There also special appearance by Russian Drift Champ Evgeny Satukov in Federal S14
and Drift Alliance founder Tony Angelo driving a S14 borrow from one of the participant Bullzai Hamdan.
The track layout is very technical and challenging. Many drifters find it hard to tame especially the first corner. High speed and guarded by solid concrete wall and the wall scratch mark prove that it is the hardest corner of the track. A series of tight hair pin and lollipop corner finish up the track layout.
The weather was hot and dry prefect for some drifting action. The action was started as early as the practice run. Rocker Loh from Team Overboast totalled his Nissan S13 on his practice lap but was lucky enough to continue in the event with a replacement car in it own teammate's Nissan 180sx. But it was a day where lady luck did not shine on him. He over speed into the famed first corner and crash into the wall and flip over car on it roof.
The action didn't stop there, as many drifter had some accident in that famed first corner. The most spectacular accident among all was from USA Drift Alliance founder Tony Angelo crash into the concrete wall which causes his car flew in mid air and flip over the car roof. He escape the accident unharmed.
That the end of the S14. Wonder how would Bullzai felt when his S14 totaled.
This is how it look like after the crash.
He somehow manage to find a replacement car for the final race day.
There was a moment of scare for Ace Suspension Ah Boy when his NA SR20 powered AE86 hood pop up before the first corner.
With 21 cars available for the final tsuiso day, qualifying for top 16 is needed in stead of top 32. Top qualifier spot was the crowd favourite Tengku Djan Ley and followed by the on fire Ah Fai from Exotic Tuner.
