Autoshow or car show is a event where manufacturer and aftermarket brand showcase their latest product to the public and potential customer. On 26th May 2012, Super Import Night return to Singapore for the second time since 2009 to held the 2012 Super Import Night.
Having attended this event back in 2009, the shows managed to attract many car fans from all ages. However, the organizer took 3 long years to bring back this show to Singapore. How i wish this event could be held yearly.
Although this show doesn't rival those big car show like Tokyo Auto Salon or Bangkok Auto Show, but it still offer some nice show car as well as show girls :). Another prime example of interesting car is this drift S15 from Spark motorsport.
There is no doubt that Honda DC5 remain a popular choice for a tuner car. The guy from AXWERKZ bought this lovely DC5 to the show.
From JDM to Euro, VW Scirocco one of the best Euro hot hatch around as such LTM motorsport bought out their VW Scirocco to the show to tempt Scirocco fans with their latest offering.
Remain on Euro theme, here is the TechArt lovely Porsche 911.
Another German aftermarket giant AC Schnitzer bought out a BMW to showcase their product.
As i walk around in the show, i bump into this stunning bull belong to Cool N Lite. If you want a attention gather machine, this is the one for you.
Next up, one of popular JDM hot hatch Suzuki Swift sport. SP Performance have some interesting offering for this little nimble car.
At 9tro magazine booth, there are a pair of nicely modded Hondas.
Nothing crazy on the engine only slight touch up here and there. But seriously, if you have one of the greatest production engine from Honda such as this K20A engine, there isn't thing much needed to do ....
RunStop return to the show after they participant in the first show back in 2009. This year they bought out their Subaru WRX Impreza and Honda Jazz, both fitted with their latest brake kit solution.
Y2K Bodykit Specialist bought this lovely classic to show case their craftsmanship.
If you looking to rental some super car in Singapore, look no further. Motorway car rental have some nice super car for rental. Here is a lovely white Audi R8 available for rent...
...or a Italian bad bull Lamborghini Murcielago...
...or some JDM muscle Nissan GTR.
Like many new tyre brand, Westlake Performance Tyres involved heavily in motorsport to promote their brand. They are actively involve in drifting and this is their main sponsored drift machine Nissan S15.
Local Singapore power house tuner and official HKS technical factory in South East Asia, Garage R bought out their souped up Nissan GTR with all HKS goodies.
Here is the engine bay of the Garage R Nissan GTR.
From Falken tyre booth, they bought out their Nissan S15 driven by Singapore local drifter Jansen Tan. Much had been done to the car and it now powered by a V8 engine.
Speaking of subtle look, this Nissan 350z from API racing does fit the bill. Nothing crazy and everything just nice.
There is a rare appearance in Petronas booth where Petronas Syntium Team bought out their currently retired endurance racer BMW Z4M. This car had won multiple Super Taikyu races and 12 hours MMER race.
There some car that are quite uniquely and nicely style such as this Green Toyota MR2...
....and this Lexus from the creation of Green Star Spray Painting.
Others than those show cars in those booths, there are a section mainly for privately owned show car such as this wild Toyota AE86.
Strange looking Rx8....
...or more performance oriented Subaru version 8...
...in which pack some serious performance.
Beside cars, there is a section for RC crazy fan. Just look at the variety of RC model.
