BTCC Round 2 - Donington

BTCC again never fail to entertain. It is more fun to watch now as all the car in the grid running a turbocharge engine and expect different winner in each race. Again another great weekend for MG's Jason Plato coming to Donington leading the driver championship and managed to hold on to the lead. But controversy never away from BTCC and that the beauty of it. On race 3, Mat Jackson was disqualified for running illegal boost and Jason Plato was given a 2 second penalty for pushing Gordon Shedden into gravel which in turn handing the victory of race 3 to Gordon Shedden. After 6 race in 2 round, only Gordon Shedden manage to win 2 races with 4 different winner in the other races. Below are the result and video. Do enjoy.

Keiichi Tsuchiya and Daijiro Inada Resign from D1

December 2010 : Keiichi Tsuchiya and Daijiro Inada are resigning from D1 corporation due to disagreement with D1 corporation management. It is a sad day for drift fans as both are strong personnel in drifting scene. Daijiro Inada founder of D1 and Keiichi Tsuchiya the drift king and main man in creating and promoting drift. There is another sad news for D1 is that Yokohama follow bridgestone foot step had decided to pull out from D1 next season. Below is the official announcement from Keiichi Tsuchiya official website.
